Peapod is an e-commerce grocery shopping/delivery service. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Ahold and a partner with Ahold USA supermarket companies. As our business continues to grow, so does our team. We are currently seeking an Information Technologist, for our corporate office in Skokie, Illinois.
The selected individual will monitor and assist in the troubleshooting of all computer equipment related to infrastructure and application processing.
Primary responsibilities will include supporting production environments to ensure service and operating levels are met; identifying and resolving end user software and hardware issues, and monitoring and diagnosing problems relating to Networks, Windows, Websites, Unix and other proprietary applications.
