As a Director at U.S. Green Data, you will be responsible for the company’s code and be our primary hacker. You will lead and manage our back-end development efforts, and you will take charge of our onboard and outsourced technical teams. Your opinion will matter not just in our software development, but also in every aspect of USGD, from strategic planning and company development, to the office playlist and our Costco shopping trips. Additional duties will include working with Fortune 500 companies and startups, managing conversations with executives and engineers, and providing your expertise as our technical lead. You will be part of a seasoned team that has built many successful businesses, and you will have a decisive hand in building USGD, and managing our small, dedicated team of programmers. *Software Engineer positions are also available for those applicants who may not fit this job posting.
Start Date: Spring 2012 or any time after.
Compensation: Up to $120,000 and/or equity package negotiable, based on experience/performance.
