Performant Software Solutions LLC is seeking a web application developer with a passion for creating excellent software. We are looking for an early career Ruby on Rails developer with perhaps one or two projects under his or her belt. Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills and intellectual curiosity regarding new technologies and the varied domains in which our clients operate. We do a lot of work in the digital humanities and in support of the sciences.
