The System Integration/ETL Lead Developer is a key member of the ETL integration development team by managing the work flow through the team, and mentoring team members. The ETL integration team develops custom integrations to external data sources and systems via ETL, which provides our customers with data in a centralized store for complex segmentation and execution of marketing campaigns.
We are searching for talented and motivated individuals with demonstrated experience shipping data oriented solutions and a desire to build world class systems to do this. You will be working directly with Solutions Architects and BI Developer! s to integrate our systems directly with those of our partners and new customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain customer integrations from a variety of external data sources into Appature Nexus.
- Define and oversee a scalable process to manage the flow of work into and out of the team, including assigning new projects to appropriate resources.
- Assess current department needs and redefine the way the ETL team collaborates with other teams and act as project manager to align delivery schedules with other Project Managers and Solutions Architects.
- Identify and document best practices and coach teammates in the area of development and systems design around these practices.
- Support integrations in the production environment.
- Evaluate current tool kit and enhance capability of tools used to build and manage integrations.!
