PrecisionLender is looking for a strong developer with at least a few crashed programs, bugs, and product releases behind them (we think this means 3+ years of experience). Someone who is not afraid of talking to an end user to help them resolve a problem. A problem solver that enjoys technical solutions but also building things that people love to use.
Our development process is heavily influenced by Lean principles and a bias for action. Rather than late night deployment marathons, our automated build process deploys at the push of a button, several times a week. We talk to our customers early and often, demonstrate using our live product, and use system feedback and usage patterns to continuously improve the user experience and product capabilities. Our development effort focuses on delivering features rather than fixed milestones or iterations.
PrecisionLender uses up to date technologies and processes, including .Net 4, C#, Windows Azure, SQL ! Azure, ASP.Net MVC, WCF, Javascript, Silverlight, Nunit, Continuous Integration, and automated deployments. Our development systems have large screen monitors, multi-core processors, and SSDs so we can spend more time creating and less time trying to remember what we were doing before the 5 minute compile. Our coffee machine doesn't quite require a degree to operate.
