Job opening - Client Services Engineer at Gigya (Mountain View, CA)

Gigya is growing quickly and we are expanding the Client Services Engineering team. This team works closely with innovative customers to implement social authentication, sharing, and engagement using the Gigya Social Platform. You will use your knowledge to influence customer decisions, provide insightful solutions, and drive successful implementations. Be ready to hit the ground running with your potent technical capabilities, critical and creative thinking, and a passion for fast-paced problem solving.


The primary function of the Client Services Engineer is to help customers successfully implement socially-enabled applications. This role is for a strong software developer who takes pleasure in doing things well and enjoys assisting customers to achieve their goals. We work in a variety of environments, including server-side (PHP, Java, .Net), mobile (iOS, Android), and client (JavaScript), and it is important that you understand how these interoperate.

Gigya is at a very exciting point of growth as the social integration market is expanding greatly. Many well-known brands have implemented our technology, and we need smart, energetic, capable engineers as we grow.


Candidates should have: 
- Customer-facing skills
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to business stakeholders and technical users
- 3 years experience developing involving JavaScript and/or REST
- Broad understanding of enterprise and web architectures
- Basic Understanding of mobile platforms


Preferred skills include:
- Web application development
- Server-side development
- Experience with SaaS
- General understanding of software languages
