1) Good experience with Flex 3.0, Action Script, Cairngorm Framework, BlazeDS / LCDS. 2) Good experience with Web Services or JMS is a plus. 3) Very good communication skills. 4) Very Strong Oracle Database Skills are essential. 5) Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology is a plus.
