We are looking for a Java Developer who knows their stuff and is a gun programmer. We want someone who is intelligent, inquisitive, passionate and continuously learning new things. Our software development team is an Agile XP shop – daily stand ups, pair programming, story walls, weekly retrospective meetings, tdd, the lot! Our Java Developers work within the agile environment and are part of a collaborative and high performance team. This role is responsible for playing a major role in ensuring that the technical procedures, tools and ultimately the code produced by the Development Team is high calibre and fit for purpose.
