What we’re looking for:
Are you a developer with big aspirations to work on the next generation of applications for mobile devices (some devices that are out, and some not yet released)? As an Agile Engineer at Xtreme Labs you will launch apps on millions of mobile handsets that will be live in the manufacturer application stores (Apple App Store, BlackBerry App World, Android Market, etc.).
You will develop new mobile apps, and backened services on Ruby on Rails, Django or server-side Java. You will also be responsible for releasing new versions of apps as new devices, OS’s and platforms are released to the marketplace. As a result, ideal candidates must have real world experience with object-oriented design and a clear understanding of object oriented design patterns.

Necessary experience includes 1-3 years of experience in development on at least one of the following platforms: mobile, Internet, desktop. Candidates must be proficient in at least one of Java, C++, or Ruby.
Candidates must have a degree in a computer related field. Experience with UI design and graphics development is highly advantageous, and experience or interest in Agile software development practices and principles (e.g. TDD, Pair Programming, Refactoring, Continuous Integration…) is a plus.
