As a QA Team Lead at Mendeley you will drive the quality interests of the company, coach and empower a fantastic team, and help build the automated systems which help ensure preventative bug-catching tests are in place.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coaching the QA & Support team
- Guide the QA & Support strategy for Mendeley
- Ensuring that automated and manual tests are being executed as efficiently as possible
What you'll be doing
- Planning and executing a sustainable QA strategy
- Taking a hands-on approach on building and ensuring that automated test systems are running smoothly
- Coordinating testing and code quality for all development teams
- Leading and developing the skills of the QA & Support team
- Evangelizing testing best-practice across all technical teams
- Maintaining and extending Continuous Integration systems and practices
- Testing web, desktop and mobile applications using web and native technologies
