We prefer that you have experience of working independently on projects, and even with an entire project. As a person you are driven and want to make a career as a developer, you are accuratel and self-sustaining. You should be able to plan your work in a good way to keep deadlines and see what needs to be done.
For us it is important that you want to be involved in developing, for real. An important part of our work is about using what we can to find new ways to take us forward in projects and the digital world.
