Job opening - J2EE Server Side and J2EE Architect at Xtreme Labs (Toronto, ON, Canada)

What we’re looking for:
Xtreme Labs is also seeking 4 junior J2EE Web Front-End Developers who have the ability and desire to work in all aspects of application delivery. Experience necessary includes 4 or more years of web-fronted software experience, 3 or more years of hands-on experience with Java and web front-end technologies and tools (JSP, javascript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, AJAX). Development experience on Liferay Portal (or some other Java Portal) is a must, as is experience with 1 or more relational database platforms (Oracle/MS SQL Server/MySQL/DB2/others). Candidates must be familiar with and have hands on experience with server side Java development with JBoss, TomCat, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Glassfish

Ideal candidates should have strong analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented and willing to work in a paired! environment.


BonusCriteria

· JS! R 168/286 Portlet development experience using Spring MVC portlets highly desired

· Prefer experience with some of the following: ANT, Maven, Git, Weblogics, Websphere and JUnit

· Hands on experience with CSS3, HTML5 and mobile web development is a must
