We’re a 12-person engineering team rapidly developing software and infrastructure. We care about code quality and best engineering practices, staying on the latest versions of software (we recently upgraded to Rails 3.2.x), contributing to the open source community and being a supportive environment for every engineer to grow.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineering to design robust, scalable server infrastructure
- Architect and maintain the network, including the office and colo
- Develop tools and systems to automate detection and resolution of site issues
Requirem! ents
- Deep knowledge of linux system administration
- Passion for automated, repeatable infrastructure
- Must be proficient in at least one programming or scripting language (bash, perl, ruby, python, etc)
- SQL Database administration (preferably MySQL)
- Exceptional communicator and team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
