Datalogics is a leading provider of PDF programming toolkits and document composition software. We're a small collection of motley personalities both big and small, wide and tall, and we're looking a for a software engineering manager to join us.
As software engineering manager you will work be responsible for delivering quality software on schedule while adroitly handling the unexpected. You'll work with project managers, other software engineering managers, other teams and the VP of software engineering to succeed. This role is a blend of obstacle remover, mentor and cheerleader where you will be responsible for a small team of 4 to 8 software engineers. Datalogics will ask you to do great things and we'll give you a wide degree of latitude in finding ways to succeed.
