UI/UX Developer + Graphics Designer
We are currently looking for a talented User Interface /Experience Developer / Graphics Designer to join our Research and Development team at our headquarters in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects ranging from software applications, web apps to mobile apps and learn great software engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years UI development experience combined with a genuine interest in graphic arts, either as a hobby, side job, or a small portion of their job responsibilities. Job responsibilities include 70% UI Development and 30% Graphics Creation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop UI for applications working with the lead Interaction designer and the software development team. By interpreting technical requirements your responsibilities include the development of mockups and pr! ototyping interaction designs and then produce user controls, widgets and modules to be used in the actual application. Design UI for applications with a strong focus on user experience and standard interaction patterns producing interaction models, wire frames, screen flows and visual design mockups. Design Graphics, Layouts, Icons and artwork required for different desktop applications, web apps and mobile apps, becoming a UI design resource for different software development teams. Maintain and publish a library of such assets to standardize certain graphics across different teams.
