The Software Architect will develop effective, scalable, distributed, high performance business applications, with preference given to N-tiered web/database applications.
Essential Functions:
- Lead a team of developers while providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, determine needs and project scope
- Drive the direction of development for the team within guidelines set forth by Management and lead architecture
- Build pragmatic application architectures
- Perform constructive code reviews
- Provide estimates for development effort needed
- Build quality business solutions in a timely manner
- Work remotely with IT team who reside in different offices
- Manage multiple assigned tasks/projects with minimal supervision
- Ad! ditional responsibilities as assigned
