Our support engineering team works closely with our customers to ensure they have an amazing experience with our software. This is a role that puts you at the pointy end of Campaign Monitor. If our customer service team spots a problem a customer is experiencing that looks like a bug, it will be up to you to troubleshoot and ideally fix the problem on the spot. On some days you'll be pushing to production multiple times. That makes this a challenging, but also extremely rewarding role. If you get a kick out of looking like a hero and saving the day for people in need, this is the position for you.
While our head office is in Sydney, we're looking for someone to work from home (or we'll find you a sweet office) to cover US office hours. It's a remote role, but you'll be working closely with our US-based customer support team, plus the rest of the support engineering team back in Australia. This means you'll need to be a motivated self-starter who is happy hunti! ng bugs and won't take "I can't figure it out" for an answer.
