CBSNews.com is seeking the developer who can work in a fast-paced environment and has a strong grasp of programming languages, good design & implementation, and cutting edge technologies. You'll work closely with the engineering and product management teams to work on key initiatives. Past and current projects include Elections 2012 coverage, wider and deeper social integration, folding in MoneyWatch and BNET content into the site, and creating the new TV show web experience for CBS This Morning. You're expected to work well in both the Javascript/AJAX/CSS layer as well as the JSP/webapp layer, and be able to troubleshoot issues via tools, your ability to generate helpful log files, and your eventual good understanding of how the site is architected.
