We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and be responsible for the health and growth of part of our Platform solutions. The right candidate will be an individual with a strong technical background who has exposure to leading cloud computing technologies along with relational databases and OLAP.
As a platform product manager, you will:
• Act as a product owner by leveraging existing offerings and developing new capabilities for designated products.
• Work with teams to drive short-cycle product discovery and iterative design while playing an active role on scrum teams
• Define platform strategy and roadmap for Blackbauds key products
• Communicate product initiatives and release information to customers, internal teams and partners
• Manage other product positioning, branding and messaging to grow the product portfolio
As the Platform Product Manager, ! the deliverables you are expected to drive include:
• Reporting and business intelligence strategy
• Core CRM platform enhancements (e.g. performance, data import/export, configuration, etc)
• Service Delivery automation / Total cost of ownership reduction
