Advanced C++ Developer with experience in working with relational databases and SQL. As a Senior Software Engineer in the Applications Group and on the Dialer team you will design, develop, test and maintain the Interaction Dialer product. Successful applicants must demonstrate proven knowledge with C++, SQLServer or Oracle as well as use of industry standard libraries including STL. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the full lifecycle development process and will be able to work in a self directed environment. Responsibilities Include:
- Creating technical specifications, design documents as well as test plans
- Design, develop, test and maintain key areas of the Interaction Recorder product
- Participate and lead code and design reviews
- Working within our internal software processes including generation and maintenance of software change requests, and attendance in regu! lar project and team meetings. This includes communication of exact status of features that are under design, development or testing.
- Work with Education, Testing and Documentation departments to help create proper documentation, test plans and education materials
