Senior Interactive Web Developer
We are looking for a Senior Interactive Web Developer to join our rapidly growing, highly collaborative advertising/branding/marketing/interactive agency to help craft interactive experiences that connect the sales process and loyalty loop for our clients.

Description
· We are looking for the master of interactive development
· Someone who lives innovation and can apply it to interactive marketing
· This person loves to solve complex problems with technology and bring it to live in a new creative ways
· Involved in large scale sites, web applications and oversees the architecture of these solutions
· Lives and breathes technology innovation and code
· Self starter, likes to work in an entrepreneurial setting
· Chance to shape and build out an interactive team
Responsibilities
· Lead technical architecture on project
· Hands on development on projects
· Mentor junior developers
· Set the technology strategy for clients and projects
· Will build out the development staff
· Push innovation in new technologies
· Collaborate with creative team to push creative and user experience boundaries and achieve marketing objectives
· Manage the technical quality of online vendors
· Select online vendors and partners
· Involved in estimating and planning projects, delivering on time, budget and quality
Skills/Experience
· Experience in a fast paced digital agency environment
· Working in an agile management model a must
· PHP, ROR
· HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash
· MYSQL, Web services, XML, JSON
· Building content management systems and rich dynamic web applications
· Solid understanding of data architecture and how to implement it
· 5 yrs+ development experience
· Bachelors degree in computer science or related field preferred
