Industrial Color is seeking an experienced Software Operations Engineer to join our team in New York City. Industrial Color is a creative production company that provides high-end services for the world's top retailers, entertainment companies, and photo producers. As part of the software team, you'll be creating tools and processes for GLOBALedit, an online platform that enables creative professionals to collaborate and manage media assets.
We're looking for an operations engineer that is passionate about building streamlined processes from development to release and taking ownership of a production system that is shaping the way the creative industry works. You should have strong technical abilities, an eye for detail, and a knack for producing efficient, automated, and scalable processes in a very dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the release process
- Build and maintain tools for automa! ted builds, testing, releases, and system monitoring
- Administer source control system
- Serve as main contact for production incidents
- Organize and maintain deployment of the system
