eGenerationMarketing is a fast-paced, fast-growing legal marketing start-up seeking exceptional, creative and enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the company's development and growth.
We are seeking a highly-qualified, creative web designer / developer to bring our business ideas to life, to create websites for various product lines, to optimize existing landing pages, and to perform back-end modifications to our systems. If you have a creative mindset, are a skilled programmer, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, this position is for you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• MUST WORK ON-SITE.
• Create landing pages and websites for new product lines.
• Aid developing an online CRM for lawyers.
• Perform back-end mod! ifications to existing systems.
• Offer visual solutions to the company's communication needs, using design sense and knowledge of industry trends.
• Create multiple design solutions for a single concept or idea.
• Work with other team members to develop a unified design approach.
• Problem solve and be able to work either as part of a team or individually, depending on the company's particular needs.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Digital Media, Web Design, or another related field).
• Extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Javascript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, and other web technologies.
• Ability to write well-abstracted, efficient code.
• Extensive knowledge of open source content management systems (e.g., Drupal, Joomla!, WordPress).
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, and other related design software! .
• Several years of graphic design experience (pre! ferred).
• Thorough understanding of layout, layering, colors, fonts, and other design concepts.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Possess an extremely high attention to detail.
• Design portfolio is required (preferably web-based).
