• Hands-on ownership ! of building beautifully useful products, preferably using a modern web stack with several of the following: Ruby on Rails, Java, J2EE, Lucene, Perl, Clean, Semantic, PHP, Python, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PostgreSQL, Memcached
• Ownership of products and flexible team mentality
• Computer Science degree from a highly ranked university
