SUMMARY:
You will lead a team of Operations Engineers which will be responsible for a growing number of applications and infrastructure in our corporate environment. You know your way around many operating systems, and network devices. You are comfortable working on a Linux Server issue one day, and the next spending it analyzing a network trace.  You have a demonstrated history of providing great customer service and root cause analysis.  You are comfortable working in a high paced collaborative environment with a small elite team.

PRIMA! RY DUTIES:
Leadership role for the Information Technology Operations Center (ITOC), accountable for leading a small team of Operations Engineers.  The primary functions provided by ITOC include: restoration of service for all enterprise infrastructure and Root Cause Analysis.  
In addition, provide leadership direction and HR responsibility for your team of Operations Engineers.
