We have an opening for a strong HTML/CSS programmer (JavaScript a plus, but not required). If you’re great with web front-end programming, and you’re interested in learning about Rails, this opportunity is for you.
Many of our senior technical staff initially joined Mint to do a similar job. In your first 18 months with Mint you will get hands-on experience of all parts of a first-class software development process. You will probably also work on the development of Mint's own software, including BloomBox.
Note: you don't have to want to learn Rails to take this role. We also would love to hear from you if you want to focus o! n front-end skills.
